Your tasks:
- Prozessgestaltung: Du begleitest die Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung im System.
- Systemoptimierung: Du übernimmst das Customizing und die Konfiguration in SAP HCM (z. B. PA, OM) sowie in SuccessFactors-Modulen (z. B. Employee Central).
- Projektbegleitung: Du unterstützt bei Implementierungen, Datenmigrationen, Systemtests und internationalen Rollouts.
- Support & Beratung: Du analysierst Fehlermeldungen, behebst Systemstörungen und betreust unsere Kunden im laufenden Betrieb.
- Wissenstransfer: Du erstellst verständliche Dokumentationen und führst Schulungen für Key-User durch.
Your profile:
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste Erfahrung: Erste Berührungspunkte mit SAP HCM oder SuccessFactors (z. B. durch Praktika, Abschlussarbeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung).
- HR-Verständnis: Grundlegendes Interesse an Personalprozessen und HR-Strukturen.
- Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
