Bauer Service
For all technical affairs you are kindly advised to fill the following forms:
- Warranty claim (Download form)
- LPO (Download LPO) for service of machines out of warranty
- Technical support (Download form): service charges apply
- Customer services (Download form): service charges apply
We will arrange to send the Engineer, Mechanic or Technician to the required location as per your request.
- Fax the form for service to BEG
- Confirmation of service by BEG
- On-site inspection and coordination with After Sales in Germany and Dubai (inspection free of charge, charge travelling lump sum only);
- Service of Bauer Team on site
- Documents and Reporting after services to customer (with signature)
